Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, is India's premier engineering institution, established in 1856 as the second oldest engineering college in India, evolving from Bengal Engineering College to an Institute of National Importance in 2014, offering diverse UG/PG/Doctoral programs in Engineering, Science, & Architecture with strong research focus, known for its rich history, large campus and skilled alumni.
